Local Shipping Cost?

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes! we certainly do, as we are an online store. Just select "pick up" at the checkout.

How much is local shipping charge?

Standard shipping is A$10.

Free Standard shipping are for orders above A$200*

*Customers should spend A$200, excluding discounts to be able to avail free standard shipping.

*All orders above 5Kg are not eligible for free shipping, hence bulk goods shipping rates will be applied.

Is Express shipping available?

Express Shipping for packages up to 5Kg are charges A$22 flat.

Kindly note: Orders that include Velvet sprays (aerosols) cannot be shipped by Express for reasons of safety. Thereby ONLY standard shipping is the option.

How fast do you ship my order?

Generally orders placed and paid by 11.00am VIC, time (Mon-Fri) are posted the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Working efficiently, all other orders are posted 1 day after clearance of payment.

How soon can I expect my order?

Standard Shipping within metropolitan areas is 3-7 working days. Longer if outside of metropolitan areas.

Express Shipping is 1-3 days, again if residing within metropolitan areas. And longer if outside of metropolitan areas.

Do take note: Once your orders are dispatched from the store, we do not guarantee the timely delivery dates, times for reasons beyond our control.

We highly recommend that you place your order well in advance to avoid unforseen delays.

I forgot something, can I order?

Yes you can by either calling us and or dropping an email.

However amending an order will impact the dispatch time.

There is a delay in receiving my order?

In recent times, flight shortages, backlog of parcels with postal couriers has resulted in some minor delays.

However if there is a considerable delay do reach out to us by email with your concerns and we shall endeavor to do our best.

Oops! there is a mistake in my order, what to do?

Reach us quickly at - mirglobal.com.au with the following info:

- A close up photo of the faulty item.

- Your order number

- Specific details of the order, such as missing or faulty etc.

After investigation we shall revert back to you soon.

Are you open on weekends?

We are open from Monday - Friday.

Please refer to our contact page for times.

However, if there is an urgent need, please email or WhatsApp us for us revert back soon.

Overseas Shipping.

We use local courier partners.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we are serving customers in Australia at present.
