Edible Velvet Spray 400 ml - BLUE
It's cocoa butter, vanilla flavored edible spray that can be sprayed on products such as ice-creams, mousse, parfait and chocolate to produce the desired velvety finished look.
To color and decorate cold food surfaces, shake well and spray a thin and consistent layer on the surface from a distance of 20cm while rotating the dessert to facilitate uniform covering during application.
Clean the nozzle with warm water immediately after use.
